- Parking
- Metered on Mateo until 6pm, free after. The surface lot at 1230 Mateo is eight dollars flat and we will validate nothing, because we cannot.
- Transit
- Ten minutes on foot from the A Line at Little Tokyo / Arts District.

House rules
- Cancellations
- A day's notice moves or cancels an appointment at no charge. Inside twenty-four hours we take half, because the chair cannot be refilled that late.
- Late arrivals
- We hold the chair for fifteen minutes. After that we will do what fits in the time that is left, at the full price, or rebook you.
- Children and company
- Both welcome. There are two chairs by the window and the floor is a working room, so under-tens need somebody watching them who is not in a cape.
- Fixes
- If something is not right, come back within fourteen days and the stylist who cut it will put it right at no charge. Tell us straight; we would rather hear it than read it.
