What this is
One room, four chairs, no small talk required.
Concrete Studio opened in 2018 in an unfinished ground-floor unit on Mateo Street. We poured a floor, hung four mirrors, and left everything else exactly as we found it. What is spent on the room is spent on colour and on time in the chair instead.

- 01 The Box Cut Our blunt one-length cut with a hard perimeter — bob, mid-length or long. Built to hold its line for eight weeks without being styled into it. $135 60 min
- 02 Clipper Work & Line Detail Fades, flat tops, crops and shaved detail cut freehand with clipper over comb. Includes a line-up at the neck and a hot towel. $70 40 min
- 03 Freehand Lightening Painted by hand, no foils, no uniform line. Designed to grow out as a shadow rather than a stripe, so you can leave it six months. $260+ 180 min
- 04 Root Shadow & Gloss A maintenance visit: root depth reset, mid-lengths glossed, tone corrected. The appointment that keeps the expensive one further away. $150 90 min
- 05 Colour Correction Box dye, a bad balayage, or four years of build-up. Quoted in writing after a consultation, and often booked across two or three appointments. From $300 300 min+
- 06 Studio Consultation Twenty minutes in the chair, dry hair, no obligation. You leave with a written price and a realistic number of appointments. No charge 20 min
